your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete. We follow

No Risk Return Policy
Returning New Items:
All the products we sell are 100% original items supplied by the biggest
names in the game. It is the policy of onionbag.com to only supply
authentic products to our customers. Therefore we truly believe you will be
pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however,
that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of
reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange
policy.
If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us
within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for
something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in
its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket)
it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside
(especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original
condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot
accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we
will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to
you for FREE (Priority Mail or UPS Ground service) in appreciation of your
business with us.
Please note on the invoice you received with your package which items are being returned or exchanged, and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill
Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned
package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be
for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was
sent in error.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns allowed on customized jerseys (meaning any jersey that has a name, number, or badges on it), DVD's or Books.
Returning Defective Items:
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and
performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the
materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance
fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use
almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 30
days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for
30 days after the date of purchase for an exchange for the same product.
Standard Delivery Policy
All orders from onionbag.com are processed between 10.30am and 4.30pm.(EST),
Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from
2 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the
continental U.S.).
Typical delivery times using UPS Ground are as follows:
New York / New Jersey / Connecticut - 1-2 Days Pennsylvania / Maryland - 2-3 Days Chicagoland - 2-3 Days Florida - 3-4 Days California - 5-6 Days
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You have several shipping options you may choose from.
2 Day Shipping Policy
You can upgrade to UPS Express 2 Day Shipping and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we receive your order before 3.00pm(EST).
Express Shipping Policy
You can also order UPS Next Day Shipping and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 3.00pm (EST).
International Delivery Policy
International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and
taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please
take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your onionbag.com
merchandise and shipping charges.
International Express typically takes from 3-4 business days to reach our
customers after the order leaves our warehouse. If you have any questions

International shipping is calculated at checkout before submitting your
order.
Sizing Information
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways that we
ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's
fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help you can make the
correct decision on what particular size you should order.
If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare
them to the sizing charts that we provide to determine the correct size.
Our sizing charts will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be
sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item
description. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages in the
charts as well. If you have any questions about the sizing of a product,
please let us know!
We also offer No Risk Returns on our products, so if you do happen to
purchase the wrong size you may simply return the item for an exchange or
refund!
